Dear Officer,

My renewal application is approved by immigration department and currently stands at 90%. I would like request an escalation in delivering my passport to university as I have to travel back to home country for unavoidable urgent commitments. My passport number is TT4110143.

My renewal application is at 55% since February 14 with status “In process with EMGS”. Can you please look into it and ensure escalation. My passport number is TT4110143.

  Please be advised that your passport is pending at the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. The process approximately will take 14 working days from the day we receive the passport. Rest assured, we will notify you once the student pass is issued by the Immigration Department.
