Dear EMGS,
I am writing to request the expediting of my application, as it’s in the final stage now at 85%. I already made travel arrangements on 20 May, and I will have to collect back my passport before the travel date.

  We are currently processing your application and will issue a supporting letter once the review is complete. Please note that your institution will liaise directly with the State Immigration Department to obtain your student pass; therefore, your passport will not be submitted to EMGS.
  
  As such, we recommend referring to your institution for further assistance regarding your request to expedite the process once EMGS has issued the supporting letter for endorsement.
