Hello emgs,
Hope you are doing well. My val is stuck at 32% for 3 months now. I also heard about the news that from August 1st , Immigration department is issuing VALs of new students. Can you please explain me the procedure I need to go through after my VAL is 70%. What documents do I need to bring from my institution ? Hope you can help me out with the procedure. Thank you

  Hi Muhammad Mûñzr,
  
  Once the VAL has been approved, you need to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in order to apply for the single entry visa (SEV) – if you are from a visa required country.
  
  However, if you are from a non-visa required country you will be required to apply for the travel authorization via the EMGS website: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/
  The approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
