Could you let me know my profile stuck at 15% even though you have received additional document on 6th of December. I have intake in January So please I request you speed up my VAL process as I can have VAL on time.

Same here and they’re not replying to my emails
Hi Muhammad Arif,
Your application was submitted to the Immigration Department on the 13th of December, for the issuance of the VAL. The VAL approval process takes approximately 7-10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
