I contacted window Malaysia for evisa. They told me that individuals with certain VAL are only eligible to apply. Do you know about that?

Enter your VAL number after creating the account you will get to know if your VAL is applicable for online visa. When you open your application if your val has come then give an extra option to download your VAL.

@muhammad_275 The eVAL can be downloaded on your PC via the EMGS application tracker: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/
You are required to key-in your Passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.

Hi Abdul,
Your application was submitted to the Immigration Department on the 1st of October. The VAL approval process takes 7 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Once the application has been submitted to the Immigration Department, it will take approximately 7 working days for the issuance of the VAL. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Yes before u fly u need to get the studnet single entry visa
Contact the dropbox agent they will guide u and help u to get the visa then u can come
After u reach here
After medical test u will submit the passport to university they will submit to immigration -
Hi Abdul,
If you are from a country that requires a Single Entry Visa (SEV) to enter Malaysia you are required to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in your home country and apply for the SEV upon receipt of the eVAL.
However, if you are from a country that does not require the SEV you can proceed to arrange for your travel to Malaysia.

Please be informed that the processing of a VAL application takes 14 working days from the date we receive the complete application documents and payment from the institution. However, the approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
