i submitted my passport on 24th Of November to my University. Later, On 10th December’ 2019 my student record was created. Today, 15th January 2020, it’s still stuck on 80%. What is this ? WHY IS IT SO SLOW? WHEN WILL I GET MY PASSPORT, EMGS RUINED MY VACATIONS. I COULDN’T GO BACK.

  The Student Pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.
