Since you have submitted the medical report and, I assume, the registration documents, emgs will need some time to review the documents and make sure they are complete and free from discrepancy. Of the documents are clear, I anticipate you will get your sticker within 11 working days. This is from my experience last year. Good luck.

You must go to the Malaysian Embassy and if it’s so urgent, speak to the staff in the embassy they can give you the same day.
