this is MUAITAER KAISHANJIANG .I from passport number E36327260 change new passport number EJ7514813,and i use new passport number cannot login digital id. cannot verify myself also it shows soory cannot find u as a student, is there have any solution for this problem?

Hi Muattar,
As per checking, there is no record of your new passport in our system. Kindly request your Institution to apply for the transfer endorsement application to transfer the student pass from the old passport to the new passport. Once the amendment done, you may track with your new passport accordingly.
