My visa application shows 35% progress with two pending documents. I have registered online and the institution will submit the online registration declaration soon but i cannot go to Malaysia before mid of May and I don’t have address. Hi Mamoun,
Please be informed that the Immigration Department is not issuing any VAL for students who are outside of Malaysia as the entry for new students is on hold. However, you can download your EMGS approval letter via our website to begin your online classes from your home country.
