I think you can just send copy of your exit stamp to your institution and they will proceed with the cancellation

Please note that generally, you would have to cancel your student pass once you have completed your course, prior to exiting the country. Therefore, kindly liaise with your institution to advise you on the next course of action.

Depends on what immigration sees it, if its language its usually 10 or 6 months some get a year. Its better to ask your institution, either they reimburse you or extend it after 6 months.

This means that u can use this Val to enter Malaysia within 6 Months… This is visa approval letter and not student pass.. When u arrive in Malaysia u will get the student pass for the required duration u need to complete your program.. (note : u need to get an entry visa b4 going Malaysia by showing a copy of ur Val to the embassy)
