I hope this message finds you well. I am an international student at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). I am currently in India. My student visa and pass are set to expire on May 4, 2025. I seek guidance on the renewal process under these circumstances.

I would like to seek your guidance on whether I am required to travel to Malaysia to complete the renewal process or if there is an option to renew it online while remaining in India. I would appreciate your advice on the appropriate procedure to follow.

  Kindly be informed that the institution may submit the renewal application 3 months before your student visa is expired. Kindly note that you are required to enter Malaysia to complete the renewal process. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further clarification regarding this matter.
