You can type home quarantine in Malaysia in google.
You need to apply for it before your flight by 7-10

150rm per day for hotel and 250rm for pcr tests, hotel can be 7 days if you’re vaccinated and 10 days if partially or unvaccinated. there will be 2 PCR tests so 500RM
