My application is stuck at 90%. I have submitted my passport from the 6th of September until now, for more than 20 days already. Could you speed up the process for my application because I have to go back my country, it is really need passport. My passport is AB1001922 I would like to know the exact date and time of receiving my passport back? Thank you View

      Same! I’ve been waiting since the 6th of September and I need to have it by the 4th of October

      Hi,

      Your passport is not with EMGS. The institution opted to obtain the Student Pass at the state Immigration Department. Kindly refer to your institution directly for further assistance.

    Hi! EMGS officer.
    My application is stuck at 90% and I have submitted my passport from the 6th of September until now, it more than 2 weeks already. Please speed up the operation because I have a reason to need a passport.

      Hi,

      Your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department, and not with EMGS. As such, your passport was not submitted to us. Kindly refer to your institution directly for more details.
