My application is stuck at 90%. I have submitted my passport from the 6th of September until now, for more than 20 days already. Could you speed up the process for my application because I have to go back my country, it is really need passport.
My passport is AB1001922
I would like to know the exact date and time of receiving my passport back?

  Your passport is not with EMGS. The institution opted to obtain the Student Pass at the state Immigration Department. Kindly refer to your institution directly for further assistance.

Hi! EMGS officer.
