apply for SEV. then go to Malaysia. Make a registration and so on. then submit your passport to Visa unit for processing student pass. When it is reached 100%, your visa is ready and you can take back you passport.

After 15oct you can print your eVal and submit for single entry Visa if your from not Visa free country now u don’t need to wait for days to get original val

Get Single Entry Visa(SEV)based on your VAL. And then travel to Malaysia according to the expiration date of your SEV. Makes sense?
