You can only apply for the Dependent Passes after your Student Pass has been endorsed by the Immigration Department. Kindly note that the applications can be submitted whilst your family is in Malaysia on Social Visas. However, the approval to issue the Dependent Passes is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

We advise that you inform your family to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in Pakistan, in order to check on the requirements for them to apply for the Social Visas.
