    I have submitted the additional documents, my progress is still stuck at 15% , can you look into this please ?

    Dear EMGS officer, I am Moh Naim Elham from Afghanistan, passport P00294329. My application is stuck at 7 % , what should i do ? I have already done payment to university

    Hello EMGS officer, i have selected my payment method as telegraphic transfer… now my bank in my country has restrictions and cannot transfer the amount… can I transfer the amount from within malaysia (my friend account) to emgs account in MYR?

      Hi Moh Naim Elham,

      In the event that you request to change the payment method, your institution is required to submit a request to EMGS to cancel your current application. Once the application has been canceled you can proceed to create a new application and choose your preferred method of payment (pay through Institution).
