On emgs official website, you can find contact info ( email and phone)
Better you call u get quick response-
emgs can not help u regarding this, they always reply “its in the hand of the immigration and there is no stipulated time to estimate the arrival of your e-val”

Kindly email us your full name and passport number at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my and we will escalate to the relevant department to check on the application status. However, the final decision on the VAL approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

I have the same issue even though I am from Bangladesh, some of class mates already got their eVal, i recommend u to have another back up in your studies or try for a different country while u wait, I have even read comments after long wait of around 8 or more months the application was closed and the student were required to contact university…[Read more]

They have many applications, plus they need to security check about each person before approved

around end of October 2022 my eVal process started. So i used to check every day for my progress not it says 16/12/2022 -In Progress with Immigration last month it was like 14/11/2022- In Progress with immigration and after every week or two the date keeps updating but no eVAL. Hello there dear brother . The problem with EVAL that it solely immigration determination . and literally nobody knows when they finalize it so be petient plz. they say 7-14 day but it takes more or less than what they officially announced

Why was it so?
u have to constantly remind them so they can mail emgs to look on ur case
and i didnt constantly message before because some of my friends got without messaging, but i got it today after constantly messaging for past one month. so keep doing that
