Hi, I’m also going to UM. I checked with UM and they said uni representatives will not receive students at the airport. After you have arrived at KL, you can go visit the UM visa desk for processing the next steps. But in your case if they do send someone over, would you please let me know?

According to this pdf, you’re supposed to head over to ISAC. Have you been able to contact the uni to confirm if they will receive you at the airport? They also told me I’ll have to arrange my own transportation.

It’s very easy. Just buy a sim from there. Then installed Grab. Then sign up and you can book any trip.

True, a sim card for your phone and a free space on your phone for grab application

I’m not able to make enquiries through UM helpdesk as my siswamail is not active yet, UM hasn’t verified my emgs approval letter so I can’t self enrol or create the siswamail. They keep telling me they will verify before 25 September

Hmm actually I didn’t use any siswamail rather you create a new account using your existing email account and you could make inquiries about admission

Hi, what documents did you have to carry for travel/immigration? Also, did you purchase the air ticket online/through airline office or agent?
