Hello, I had applied for VAl, but due to current situation my university has cancelled the course. So I won’t be coming to MAlaysia this year and hence I want to cancel my application. Because the course would be available for me next year and the VAL is only valid for three months. So please stop my application and refund the fee or keep the fee for next year. This is unusual circumstances all around the world hope you understood my condition.

  The VAL is valid for 6 months. Kindly note that only institutions can submit application cancellation requests. As such, you are advised to refer to your institution for further details.
  
  Please be informed that the processing fee is not refundable. We advise that you check with your institution for details on the procedure to apply for the refund of the remaining fees.
