Dear EMGS officer I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Mohammed alamodi (passport number 08405467 and my application Number E#########). I submitted my application to EMGS on 6/april/2024 (33 days ago). However, my application status is still 35%.
It shows my application was transferred to the immigration department on 8 May for my VAL approval, but I can’t understand EMGS’s delay in sending my documents to the immigration department. I am waiting for my PhD Viva-voce . so I must come to Malaysia next week, I have bought a flight ticket-14 May 2024 (actually, l have rescheduled once with paid a fine to the airline due to EMGS’s delay ),

Kindly assist me. Please proceed with my application to the next step. I’m feeling very anxious because the deadline for presenting my thesis is approaching (PhD Viva-voce presentation). could you please assist me to speed up to getting E-VAL approval?
