Also, there is no way to contact them. their Live chat support isn’t helping me at all. They are full of automated responses.

ohh really? they said that we got it after 2-3 days working.. what is the website u apply the visa?

They say that but the reality is unfortunately different. https://malaysiavisa.imi.gov.my/evisa/evisa.jsp their official website.

I keep telling them my Evisa is taking to much time but all they say is (your application is solely on the discretion of the immigration Malaysia consulate ) and that I should wait for their response 🤦🏽♂️

I’m from Republic of Chad. I have my Eval and uni offer letter. My flight is on 17th March. And my country isn’t required an SEV. Although I applied for an Evisa but it’s been half a month and I didn’t get it yet. Is it okay if i travel without the Evisa if i don’t get it in time? Just with the Eval? Because l’m not requested to bring SEV?

Hi Mohammed,
If you are from a country that does not require the SEV you can proceed to arrange for your travel to Malaysia after obtaining the EVAL. You may liaise with your Institution pertaining to the travel arrangement.

Asking for a; Certified, True, Signed, and Stamped copy of a document.

They didn’t identify which document ?! They just sent a list and between them an endorsed copy. I’ll reach out to their live chat support. Maybe it’s the secondary school certificate
