you can register the course in the beginning of the semester. But i think you can’t, but its better to contact your supervisor or SPS UTM and they well guide you, cuz Phd students was especially case

I think you have two taught courses 1. General University course (like Malaysian culture, or science of philosophy…) and research methodology.
