As in
Abulaban mohamad tarik
Is that normal?
Family name “last name first”

This is normal because emgs takes your name not from the bio page in the passport but from the international code at the bottom of the bio page. It has symbols of around 40 characters and being with the family name. I think the code is called MRZ code.
