Hello EMGS
Excuse me I am stuck here in Malaysia of being waiting process for my Visa it’s being 32% since March while am already here in Malaysia waiting … The EMGS no give VAL for who is out side Malaysia but me already here in Malaysia before long time ago. Thank you

  The percentage indicates that your application is ready to be submitted to the Immigration Department for their approval. We are currently waiting for an update from the Immigration Department. Your application will be submitted to the Immigration Department once we have received the confirmation from them. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
