Please, I received this massage three time and no body can solve the problem? I’m studing in UUM, please inform me

1) We regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with this application as the Immigration Department of Malaysia system shows an active application linked to this passport number (Reference no: BVP/STU/14321/E#########/1 08/03/2017). The institute is required to cancel the active pass and revert to EMGS with supporting documents showing that the earlier application has been cancelled.

  Hi Mohammed Nassoura,
  
  We are unable to process your application further as your previous VAL is still active in the Immigration Department system. Your are required to liaise with your institution and request that they cancel the previous VAL. We will only resume the processing of your application once the VAL has been cancelled.
