Im a returning student so for sure i will be in my own and that is okay i guess although i also apply new VAL. That rules only applies for the new students coming in. If u read closely they say not applies to returning students, progression or variation students cos we familiar with Malaysia already.

I arrived month before the registration day and no one from my university came. They told me to get a taxi and head to international office in university from the airport .

I arrived with VAL and SEV in hand and never ever required to have uni representative with me nor the immigration stops me. I already know where to go and how and what to do as I am a returning students.
