Respected Emgs officer,
A very good evening. I’m Arif, my passport number is BY0444903. I have submitted my documents and Passport for visa renewal. It is currently in progress(55%) with EMGS.
I’m writing to you to kindly fasten the process of the renewal if at all it’s possible. I’m requesting because it’s been 6 months since I last went back home to see my parents and I have holidays coming up from 23rd december to 10th of January.
If I don’t get my passport on time I might only go home after June 2020.
Can you please consider the matter and help me out.

  Hi Mohammed Arif,
  
  Your passport was submitted to the Immigration Department on the 29th of November. The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.
