hi dear respect friends
I am phd student of UTM ,my visa will be expired on 11 of november.(21 days later)
I got surgery and i could not request renewal of visa earlier than now.
Right now i have maked ready all of documents to apply renewal of visa this monday.
So, i have really stress and i would like to know that,first have i pay penalty for process of my renewal visa ?
Second,will EMGS accept my renwal visa process or no??
i scare may university/Emgs does not process my renewal visa becuse of late request from me.
I woukd like to know my questions answers by any body of my friends in this APP or Emgs officer.

  You will pay special visa fee 100+

  Since your Student Pass is still valid, your institution can still submit the renewal application. However, if the process takes longer you may be required to apply for a Special Pass. We advise that you liaise with your institution for further assistance.
