Dear emgs officers
I’m planning to travel to Malaysia on May 12th, but my current visa expires on May 18th, and the renewal process isn’t complete yet. What do you advise in this situation? Do you think the renewal will be processed before May 18th?

Hi Mohammad,
We cannot guarantee that the endorsement process will be completed before 24th May 2023, as the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. As per checking, we received your passport on 10th May 2023 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days.
