Dear EMGS,
I’m an International student from Bangladesh. I was issued a travel authorization on 31/03/2021. For the flight ban and delay to receive my SEV received I couldn’t enter Malaysia. Now that the flight ban is lifted I need another Travel Authorization (as my last one expired) to apply for a SEV. But when I go to apply for a new Travel authorization from the site it show I have applied for an travel authorization earlier with the travel documents. Can you please fix this issue so that I can apply for an new TA. Thank you.

  Email emgs for Travel Authorizarion cancelation then you can apply a new one

  You would have to cancel the previous application in order for you to apply for a new application.
