Dear Emgs officer
My name is Mohamed Esam Mohamed Abdou
My passport number is A32783515
Sir actually i got rejected for my renewal application because of my CGPA is below 2:00 and my current CGPA IS 1:90 and the Emgs request the supporting letter from my university and already submitted and closed the status but its still rejected when it will change to normal processing ?
