Dear EMGSs Officer,
My passport number is H161701.
I want to enquire wether is my VISA is being processed. It’s been stuck since march 26th, exactly since I have submitted my passport to uni. My current visa will be expiring in 2 days and I want to figure it out. Could you please confirm the status of my visa renewal?

  Hi.
  As per checking, we provided the supporting letter to your institute on 1 April 2024 for the student pass endorsement process. Kindly note that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
