Dear emgs officer good day
In terms of my application status which stuck at 32% ,I would like to ask you about. I hope that the update will be done quickly to be able to enter Malaysia before Eid Alfitr. I will be grateful to you for your help.

  Kindly be informed that your application was ready to be submitted to the Immigration Department for the issuance of the VAL. Kindly allow us some time to do the submission to Immigration. Rest assured, any update will be notified to you accordingly.
