Dear emgs officer after greeting, I am MOHAMMED AL-HETAR.
I would like to inform you that I have sent a copy of transcripts but there is no change in the application status.
Could you please tell me why this situation, as far as I know, the study will start soon and this position will make me more disappointed.

  As per checking, we have yet to update the documents on your application. We would appreciate it if you could provide the case number of the email that sent the documents to the EMGS. Rest assured, we will proceed with the application once we receive and review the documents.
