Hey guy’s my condition is also similar.My percentage is 35% And yours.

Mine changed from 70% to 60% after I requested my Eval to be corrected. Now still 60% and hopefully will be 70% again when Corrected.

What exactly is the SEV if u don’t mind me asking
SEV is the (Single Entry Visa), students need to apply for that in their country’s Malaysian Embassy to be able to come to Malaysia, then when they come to Malaysia they apply for MEV (Multiple Entry Visa) that enables you to enter and exit Malaysia at anytime without the need to apply for an SEV each time
