My son introduced to study engineering at Malaysia and today he received the EMGS approval letter and I know what is the second step.
Also what is meant by the VAL and the eVAL???

  Since he received the EMGS approval letter, he can liaise with his institution in order to enroll in online classes. The Immigration Department is currently not issuing VALs to new international students.
