    Dear EMGS,
    I’d like to ask you. Why my application still in progess since 12/12/2020 until now 23th dec. It takes longger time.

    Dear EMGS,
    Please kindly help me to get new updates for my status application, my institusion has applied few weeks ago. But, I couldn’t get to see any updates in my EMGS apps. I have sent email to the visamalaysia and enquiry at emgs. However I don’t get any response and case number. Thank you

      Please note that emails will be replied within 24 hours. If you have sent us an email, you would receive a case number for the email that was sent. Kindly provide us with the case number in order for us to assist you accordingly.

    I would like to inform that I already sent the email to visamalaysia regarding my status application which hasn’t changed in my emgs apps even though, my institusion has applied for my renewal visa.     I got rejection for my renewal visa but, my university has applied it again. However, when i check my application status. It’s still same like before. Why no new notifications for my application status?

    Dear EMGS,
    Is the immigration state KL Malaysia open today as PKPB has done? As my university’s staff said its closed until 6th December. But I really need to get my special pass soon.

      EMGS and Immigration is operating as usual. However, if your institution has selected to obtain your student pass from the state Immigration Department, your institution would have to check with them on their operations.

    Dear emgs, I want to enquire, currently am registered for PhD program, supposed I want to change to do another undergraduate degree program to another university, would there not b immigration problem.

      We are unable to confirm if the application will be approved or rejected as the decision is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

      Hi Angel,

      The processing of a VAL application takes 14 working days, from the date we receive the complete application documents and payment. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

    students that are coming from guinea Conakry for studies in Malaysia, make sure you get your single entry visa at the Malaysian embassy there before coming. otherwise you will not be allowed to register for your course. follow the instructions in your Visa approval letter (VAL)
