EMGS please your good office to request EMGS to expedite my visa application (ER129499 -passport month). Since I submitted my pp, it just stays at 90% without any further progress fr weeks now. I need it to operate a bank account in Malaysia. If I don’t get it this week, my economic status in Malaysia would be adversely affected. Please help as soon as possible. Regards

  We received your passport on the 13th of September. The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
