Hi, dose any overstay charges apply regarding visa renewal process? because of the MCO the process was delayed, and I’m concerned overstay right now, and do I need to leave the country if the visa expired?

Hi Mohamed Arga,

EMGS will facilitate the processing of passports for all students with a valid pass expiring anytime during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period. Dear EMGS Officer/Team,
Today I received a notification saying that my (VAL) has been approved yet the percentage is 38%, could I go to the embassy and get the visa now or at what stage precisely.
