Dear EMGS,
I would like to ask if international students are required to fill in the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) when entering Malaysia. Could you kindly confirm whether this requirement also applies to new students who have an eVAL?

  Hi Mohamed Farah,
  
  Students who have obtained a Visa Approval Letter (VAL) and are travelling to Malaysia to commence their course are required to complete the MDAC as early as 3 days before arrival or at the latest upon arrival.
