Hello dear Emgs
My visa is going to expire on 16/ July
So I was going to submit my documents to my university but it’s closed and they told since your visa is gonna expire on July , submit your documents after the MCO lifted , so is that oky! coz the rules are three months before ! ? And they told me they can’t process the application […] View

You can submit your application through your respective institution. We advise that you make an arrangement with your institution with regard to your application payment.

Hi Moh Ahmed,
Your institution can submit the application after the movement control order (MCO). The approval to issue the Student Pass is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
