How long did it take when it changed from 35% to 70%?

Apply for single entry visa if you need.
Apply for Travel authorization if you dont have but if you have you it then book your flight ticket.
And ask ur uni if there is any additional documents beeded before arriving

How long has it been since you have made payment ?

The same question as Aqib asked. Allow for fove working days FROM the date on which YOUR UNIVERSITY sent the payment proof to emgs.

Paying through the university entails more time on your application. It has to verify the payment then send the proof ro emgs. After that, you will need to allow 5 working days until emgs has verified the payment. I personally recommend paying the val fees directly with emgs. Anyways, just wait for a week.
