My name is Moazzam Ali, passport number RN1836921, EMGS reference EW01228449.

I wish to update my situation regarding my UNIMAS student visa application. I am fully committed to continuing my studies at UNIMAS and I do not want financial issues with my previous institution (Swinburne University) to delay or block this process. Unfortunately, Swinburne is withholding my release letter and transcript due to outstanding dues, which I am currently unable to settle.

Since my current Swinburne-sponsored student visa will expire on 30 September, I have arranged to leave Malaysia before that date to avoid any risk of overstaying. However, I am concerned about how this situation may affect my EMGS application.

Therefore, I kindly seek your advice:
• Are there any alternative documents that I can provide in place of the release letter and transcript?
• Or should I wait until my current visa expires, after which my application can resume accordingly under UNIMAS?
