same case i submited my passport last week and its 100% till now i didnt recieve it , and my flight on 30th

  Go to university and ask when is the agent going to collect it

My application is now 100% and it says need supporting letter from my university , how long it needs so i can get my passport and travel? and thebpassport i get it in Kedah or KL? i am student from UUM university (Utara)

  The university representative must go and receive it.

  Your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
