Dear EMGS Support Team, I am trying to access my insurance card through the EMGS Hub app. However, when I attempt to verify my identity to use the insurance and digital ID features, I encounter an issue. After entering my details and proceeding to the selfie step, the app consistently shows a “Request Timed Out” error — even though I complete the selfie within seconds. I have attempted this multiple times, and even my friend is experiencing the same issue on her device, which suggests it might be a system-wide issue. As I urgently require the insurance card to proceed with hospital visits for a scholarship application, I would be extremely grateful if you could: Please assist in resolving the selfie verification error on the EMGS Hub app, or Alternatively, kindly provide me with a digital copy or direct access to my insurance card by email as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your support. I look forward to your prompt response.
