Hello
I was supposed to go for my phd but due to personal issues, i will not be able to join. I requester the university to withdraw from the program and contacted emgs via #########
I have not entered malaysia as a student.
The reference number is 2763578
Kindly inform me the time needed for cancellation of the student pass and eval.
Also i would like to know if i can travel to malaysia using tourist visa once the student pass has been cancelled.

Hi Minhaz Ahmed Ador,
There is no specific timeframe for processing the VAL cancellation and you may travel to Malaysia using a tourist visa after the VAL is cancelled.
