Dear EMGS Officer,
My name is Sharmilawati and my passport number is X632991. I already submit my passport to the college for my visa renewal for a few weeks ago, but i don’t see any progress everytime i checked it on website or the app. Just want to know the progress please.

Hi Sharmilawati,
Please note that your institution has selected to obtain your student pass directly from the state Immigration Department. Therefore, you would have to refer to your institiution to check on the status of your passport submission.
