Good morning and salam….. The EMGS showing status since 17-03-2020 that passport pending for submission to immigration…..when my institute can submit passport to EMGS now??? Please confirm with thanks

Your institution can proceed to submit the passport to EMGS as the EMGS one-stop centre is open and accepting the submission of passports.
