Hi EMGS Community,

I’m very pleased and excited to be a part of this community. I will be joining Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) for my Master of Science in Marketing (Marketing and Advertising) for the September 2026 intake.

My EMGS application has recently entered the processing stage, and I would like to kindly ask from your experiences — normally how long does it take to receive the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) after the application reaches 15% document checking status?

  Please be informed that the approval process takes 7-10 working days from the day we submitted the documents to the Immigration Department, however the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
