It’s not EMGS mistake if someone books a flight without having a passport in hand.
Plus they do all the work and checking because immigration is a high authority that does not have time to contact each student.
Don’t forget that the number of students applying is huge, that’s why they take time.
Hopefully your issue will be resolved soon.
Well I sure hope so. Because I feel like the existence of EMGS is redundant, since we could do everything without EMGS before, and it was cheaper and faster. Very hard to convince people there’s a better method with EMGS. Besides, regarding flights, people are booking months before. And some passports are held for half a year. Best believe there’s frustrated students.
